Meet Lindsay
Hi friends, I'm Lindsay, the founder of Built Collective. I entered this industry at the young age of 22, driven by a strong desire to be part of a community that was different from what I had previously experienced. With a dream of creating a collaborative and empowering environment, I took a leap of faith and opened a small brokerage. However, as a broker juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, including my own production and growing a family, I found myself feeling isolated and burnt out.
I knew something had to change. I didn't align with the traditional marketing channels, nor did I have the desire to build a large team. My focus became entangled with the commitment to my family, as I struggled to strike a balance between my career and being the matriarch of our homestead. It made me wonder, am I the only agent in this business who feels this way?
Fast forward to today, after several more experiences and stories I can share another time, I made the decision to partner with Amy Gregory at EXP Realty. EXP Realty is a modern brokerage, a publicly traded company that removes physical boundaries and franchise limitations. After a weekend of dream casting together, Built Collective was created.
The passion I have for empowering female agents & the brave men among us, fills my souls. Leaning into others, unleashing the power and ideas inside, and watching amazing potential unfold, is our true definition of success — creating beautiful careers, by design.
And here we are - Built Co - a collective of extraordinary and influential agents, building alongside one another in the ever-chaotic world of real estate.

Complete the eXp Realty onboarding process and license transfer process.

Once officially at eXp, we will connect you with our Member Concierge to get you onboarded + plugged in to Built Co + Powerhouse.
